Following the success of the Step Change programme, I’m really excited to welcome Chloe Oldfield to work with me at Thrive and lead her own Step Change team starting in April. Chloe has worked as a Personal Trainer for 7 years, is currently training to be a Sport and Exercise Psychologist and is also a competitive runner.
I really respect Chloe in terms of her knowledge, balanced outlook on health and fitness and her own personal experience. Chloe is a competitive distance runner who recently won the local race Hardwick X-Stream – this is no mean feat (and I’m in awe of her for that!!)
